Abstract :
Capsule endoscopy and small bowel enteroscopy including double-balloon, single-balloon and spiral
enteroscopy are recently-developed tools for the investigation and treatment of small bowel diseases. All modalities
have both advantages and draw backs. This review focuses on their appropriate indications, the preferred
choice in each indication and the state of the art of how to use them together in clinical practice. |
